Nine Composers Unite for Pedro Pascal’s Music-Centric Drama Behemoth!
The Fantastic Four: First Steps star Pedro Pascal is back with his latest project, Behemoth!, which just dropped its first teaser trailer. Intriguingly, the film boasts a massive, unprecedented collaborative musical effort featuring nine different composers.
Scheduled for a North American theatrical release on December 4, 2026, Behemoth! is written and directed by Tony Gilroy—the acclaimed filmmaker behind Michael Clayton and the mastermind of the hit Star Wars series Andor. The film stars Pedro Pascal (The Fantastic Four: First Steps), Olivia Wilde (Don't Worry Darling), Eva Victor (Sorry, Baby), and Will Arnett (Murderville), with supporting performances from Margarita Levieva (Daredevil: Born Again) and Hank Azaria (Hello Tomorrow!).
A gifted cellist, Alex Serian (Pedro Pascal), returns home to Los Angeles after 20 years on the road. Music, which has been the constant, all-consuming river of his life, begins to carry Alex on an adventure that will change him forever. To match the film's deep sonic themes, the production assembled a powerhouse lineup of nine renowned composers to craft the score:

Writer-director Tony Gilroy is widely respected for his sharp writing on the Bourne franchise and his directorial debut Michael Clayton, which is regarded as one of the finest films of the 21st century and earned seven Academy Award nominations (including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Original Screenplay). More recently, his critically adored Star Wars expansion Andor solidified his prestige status, securing consecutive Emmy nominations for Outstanding Drama Series across both of its seasons.
